Guests are welcome to use the communal rooftop—perfect for cooking, doing laundry, air-drying clothes, or just hanging out and enjoying the space. The space The Unit has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1- Equipped with Air-condition and a 42 inch smart TV. Bedroom 2- Equipped with Air-condition, no TV. A refrigerator is installed in the kitchen /dining/ living room area. The guests have access to the Rooftop where they can access to the cooking, washing and drying area. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guests are not allowed. 4. Maximum Occupancy Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. 5.
