EL NISSI is a family and business condo staycation built with very unique interiors while maximizing each facet of a simple yet comfortable HOME. With a total of seven (7) Condo Cabins situated nearly just beside the Philippines renowned theme park, the Enchanted Kingdom, surely our rooms will give you and your loved ones a comfortable vibe and a wonderful time to create more memorable experiences. The space THE COLOR CABIN by El Nissi is a 24sqm family studio-type mainly styled as Bohemian, homely, fun and eclectic. This condo unit has a mini living room and a bedroom with bunk bed which allows the kids to play and enjoy. The kitchenette with hammock allows more light and air to flow through which is perfect for light cooking. Truly, it's a home away from home Guest access The Guests can access the entire property, including the kitchenette (we allow light cooking). Other things to note EL NISSI STAYCATION HOUSE RULES Please read to prevent any future problems. ✔️ El Nissi is a VACATION HOUSE RENTAL, not a hotel. So please manage your expectations. ✔️ A receptionist, a lobby and a 24-concierge are not available. The one who manages El Nissi is the owner herself. So please be kind and patient. ✔️ The condo unit is a 24sqm studio type which fits ASIAN sizes; ✔️ We encourage guests for self check-in by getting the key from the key box and putting it back upon checkout; ✔️ You may choose your Check-in from the following time options- Option A Check-in Time: 2pm Checkout Time: 11am Option B Check-in Time: 3pm Checkout Time: 12nn ✔️ Kindly inform the host of your estimated time of arrival for electronic assistance. THIS IS TO PREVENT DELAYS on your end. ✔️ The host requires a refundable security deposit on the day of the guests' self check-in: Refundable Security Deposit: Php 1,500.00 Official FB Page: El Nissi Staycation Beside Enchanted Kingdom ✔️ The security deposit will be refunded within the day of your checkout. It can be refunded through cash or Gcash. Again, concierge is not available so please be kind and patient with the host. ✔️ Take extra care of your key. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of P500; ✔️ El Nissi's Reserved Parking Fee is P150 per night (in front of Condo Basketball court), slot No C21 and C49. A video instruction of where the parking is can be forwarded to you upon request. ✔️No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. ✔️ Please take care of the furnishings. The guest should have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit (as well as wall stains due to wall writing, soup/blood/pee stains on the bed); ✔️ Rubber slippers provided by the host are meant for INDOOR USE ONLY. It is not for taking home or for OUTDOOR use; ✔️ PEEING ON THE RESTROOM'S INTERIOR WALL IS PROHIBITED; ✔️ Do not use the towel to wipe dirty feet & makeup or as rag. Stained or damaged towel has a P100 charge per towel; ✔️ Because "BABIES" touch our floor, please be considerate and leave the outdoor shoes and slippers outside; ✔️Do not throw tissues in the toilet bowl; ✔️Strictly no smoking inside the Airbnb or the balcony. ✔️ Guests can request for cleaning with P300 charge; ✔️No parties and events allowed. Quiet time is after 11pm. ✔️Grab food deliveries are until 9:30pm only; ✔️A small, potty-trained pet is allowed. Please be a responsible pet owner and maintain cleanliness inside the Airbnb (Additional charge for a pet is P500). ✔️Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when the guests leave the unit. ✔️Don‘t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Do not leave your belongings unattended. The property owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items. ✔️Kindly clean your mess and seal the garbage bag before check-out time. ✔️ No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
