At La Sage... the Suite!

Looking for calm and nature in the greatest comfort 2 hours from Paris, 3 minutes from the N12 and 15 minutes from the A28? This new studio with pool, located in a typical farmhouse of the Mélois region, is waiting for you! Functional, well-equipped, with private access and a private terrace (with railing), it will be perfect for a stopover during a business trip or for a peaceful stay surrounded by animals. On the doorstep of the Perche, all shops and services are 4 km away, and there is a water sports center! Welcome! The space A bright room with high ceilings and a sleek decor – you'll feel right at home. Lunch on the roof terrace overlooking the meadows, sunbathing, or a work session in absolute peace and quiet? You are free to use the spaces available: - a living room with a 140 cm bed (bed made upon arrival) - a small shower room with a toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail (towels provided) - A kitchenette WITHOUT A COOKTOP but equipped with a GRILL PAN and everything necessary for healthy cooking: microwave oven with grill, electric steamer, basic condiments and hot drinks (to be restocked by you). Blackout curtains that make the accommodation almost completely dark. Dish towels and cleaning products are provided. - a terrace (new metal railing and staircase) with outdoor seating, a parasol, a small table and 2 chairs. Sun loungers upon request. Unheated pool accessible from May to October (1 meter of water with a diameter of 3.66 m, unsupervised). Free-range chickens, accompanied by an early-rising, crowing rooster! (Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property) For horse riders, there is the possibility to park a horse trailer and truck in the courtyard, and livery in the field is possible (for an additional fee; please contact me). Camping is also possible; there's no shortage of space (at an additional cost; please contact me)! Guest access You will have access to your accommodation through the south gable of the house by a staircase overlooking a roof terrace. Guests can park their car nearby in the courtyard, facing the hutch on the right. If you have a dog, it is recommended to keep it on a leash, the chickens are free and the cat is not at all suspicious of dogs, who will undoubtedly visit you. I have a neutered male dog, Rox, who is nice. Other things to note During the season, the pool is shared and accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Showering before swimming is mandatory, and swimwear is also mandatory. Private use of the pool is available at an additional cost (please contact me). A breakfast basket (bread, brioche, organic butter, jam, organic juice, farm-fresh yogurt) is available for an additional €6 for one person or €10 for two.
