Functional, well-equipped, with independent access and a private terrace, it will be perfect for a stopover during a business trip or for a peaceful stay among animals. At the gates of Perche, all shops and services 4 km away, and a nautical base! Welcome! The space A bright room with high ceilings, a clean decor, you will feel right at home. Lunch on the roof terrace overlooking the meadows, sunbathing or a work session in absolute calm? You are free to use the spaces offered: - a living room with a 140 bed (bed made on arrival) - a small shower room with toilet, hand washbasin and towel dryer (towels provided) - a kitchenette WITHOUT A COOKTOP but equipped with a PLANCHA and everything necessary to cook healthily: microwave oven grill, electric steam cooker, basic condiments and hot drinks (to be replenished by you). Blackout curtains to make the accommodation almost completely dark. Tea towels provided as well as cleaning products. - a terrace (note, no railings fixed at the moment) with 2 armchairs, an umbrella, a small table and 2 chairs. Sunbathing on request. Presence of free-range chickens, accompanied by a morning rooster and singer! Horse riding friends, possibility to park van and truck in the yard and pasture boarding possible (extra charge, contact me). There is also the possibility of camping, there is plenty of space (for an extra charge, contact me)! Guest access You will have access to your accommodation through the south gable of the house by a staircase overlooking a roof terrace. Guests can park their car nearby in the courtyard, facing the hutch on the right. If you have a dog, it is recommended to keep it on a leash, the chickens are free and the cat is not at all suspicious of dogs, who will undoubtedly visit you. I have a neutered male dog, Rox, who is nice. Other things to note A breakfast basket (bread, brioche, organic butter, jam, organic fruit juice, farm yogurt) is possible for an extra €6 for one person, €10 for 2.
