Functional, well-equipped, with independent access and a private terrace, it will be perfect for a stopover during a business trip or for a peaceful stay surrounded by animals. On the doorstep of the Perche, all shops and services 4 km away, and a nautical base! Welcome! The space A bright room with height, a clean decor, you'll feel right at home. A rooftop terrace lunch with meadow views, sunbathing, or a work session in absolute calm? You're free to have the spaces available: - a living room with a 140 bed (bed made upon arrival) - a small shower room with toilet, sink and heated towel rail (towels provided) - a kitchenette WITHOUT a HOB but equipped with a PLANCHA and the kits for healthy cooking: microwave grill, electric steam cooker, basic condiments and hot drinks (to be restocked by you). Blackout curtains that allow for almost total darkness in the accommodation. Towels provided as well as cleaning supplies. - a terrace (be careful, no railings fixed at the moment) with 2 armchairs, an umbrella, a small table and 2 chairs. Sun loungers upon request. Unheated pool accessible from May to October (1 meter of water with a diameter of 3.66 m, unsupervised). Presence of chickens in the wild, accompanied by a morning rooster and singer! (Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property) Rider friends, possibility to park van and truck in the yard and pension at the meadow possible (extra charge, contact me). Guest access You will have access to your accommodation through the south gable of the house by a staircase overlooking a roof terrace. Guests can park their car nearby in the courtyard, facing the hutch on the right. If you have a dog, it is recommended to keep it on a leash, the chickens are free and the cat is not at all suspicious of dogs, who will undoubtedly visit you. I have a neutered male dog, Rox, who is nice. Other things to note The pool is shared and accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Shower required before swimming, and a swimsuit is also required.
