The apartment is located a short distance from both the Central Station and the historic Via Duomo, both within walking distance: it is perfect for easily exploring the beauties and attractions of Naples. The space The 68 m2 accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator which however stops on the third floor: ATTENTION, you need to climb the last flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment. The internal space is made up as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave - Living area with dining table, sofa and 42" TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - Bedroom II with single bed, clothes hanger and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower - Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
