Come and relax in our peaceful gîte, but with all amenities close by: a Leclerc shopping centre is just 1km away, and Bressuire town centre with its shops is nearby. A "Coulée Verte" is also just a few minutes' walk away, offering superb walks or jogging in a superb park with pretty streams. The space This gîte is a house completely renovated in 2024, in the countryside, in a very quiet environment (you will hear the birds). It has a veranda and a large 10mx5m external swimming pool, which can be used only from May to September. It is on the outskirts of Bressuire, with immediate access to shops and restaurants! A Centre Leclerc and a Biocoop are just 1km away.
