Room in apartment in Butantã, SP

My little house is cozy and airy! It is located in Butantã, close to USP and several businesses in the region. I like to take care of the details and keep the space pleasant for myself and everyone I receive. I love to talk and meet new people and hear their stories. You will be very welcome! Read everything to better understand the accommodation. The space The bedroom The room is equipped with a double bed, a rack with shelves (which can also hold books), a table and chair for studying, an ottoman, a fan, a lamp and a full-length mirror. I provide bed linen, bath towel and soap. There is a Wi-Fi network. Bathroom There is a private bathroom (no shower) in front of the room. The electric shower is in the bathroom shared with me. The Apartment The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and laundry room. I use two of the bedrooms (one as an office) and rent the third bedroom. The shared spaces are: living room, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The laundry room is small and its use will only be allowed in exceptional cases. The apartment is cozy, spacious and airy, usually gets direct sun only in the morning, but is illuminated throughout the day. I have many books and plants (loved and cared for!). The living room has a TV (Netflix and Amazon) and a sound box. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, airfryer, clay water filter and various utensils, available for guest use. The condominium The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. It is in a condominium of buildings in front of Elis Regina Square. Each building has only four floors. There is no doorman. PARKING FOR 1 CAR IN THE GARAGE. The neighborhood The neighborhood is quite quiet and wooded. The apartment is very close to USP (950 meters - 15-minute walk) and Butantã subway station (2.4 km - 10-minute drive/bus or 30-minute walk). Because it is next to Corifeu de Azevedo Marques Avenue, it is easy to access public transportation (bus and subway), a bike path and the region's various businesses: markets, pharmacies, banks, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Next to Elis Regina Square and close to other squares, great for walks and tranquility in the city. The neighborhood is very nice, full of families, students, teachers and artists. Important - Read the entire listing to avoid misunderstandings or annoyances. - I respect the privacy of guests and I want my privacy respected. When unavailable, I'll keep my door closed. - I will always be available on WhatsApp for questions or needs. - The guest can freely use the shared spaces, with the commitment to leave everything as it was found (in the same conditions of order and cleanliness), as well as to be responsible for any damages. - In general, the guest will not be allowed to receive visitors. - The house does not accept pets.
