Perfectly located in the North Sairee area, you will find our newly renovated apartment with jungle view. We will personally greet you, and with the help of our island knowledge, make your trip both an exciting and relaxing experience. The space As well as offering a peaceful setting and ideal location, Banana Apartment has the requirements needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Included is; WiFi, air-conditioning (bedroom area only), smart TV and drinking water. There are no hidden surcharges to worry about either (but please turn off our AC when you are not home). The living area and kitchenette incorporates a plunge pool, and is furnished with large comfy chair and day beds. Banana Apartment comes with a semi-outdoors kitchenette that includes a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. There are also many delivery menus provided, so you can order from a large variety of different foods delivered (free) to your door. It is a 1 bedroomed apartment that sleeps up to 2 people. The kitchenette and outdoor living spaces have ceiling fans to keep everything fresh and cool. Every 2 days our housekeeper will come to clean the apartment, re-supply drinking water, change towels and remove rubbish. Every 4 days, we change bedding too. We supply all guests with bath towels, bed linen and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Guest access The building consists of one villa, and one apartment. Both have separate entrances and don't have any shared spaces. However, we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of each other and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. Other things to note As with many private villas on Koh Tao, the island’s hilly terrain means that the access road to this property is quite steep. Most guests get around by scooter, but you should be confident and comfortable riding one to access the villa independently. If you prefer not to ride a scooter, a reliable 24/7 taxi service is available to take you to and from the property. Please note that taxi fares should be factored into your holiday budget. Due to the steep access road and surrounding terrain, this property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or reduced mobility. As the property is located within tropical jungle, you may encounter some wildlife during your stay. This includes geckos, snakes and fruit bats.
