It features a cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds (140x200) equipped with very comfortable mattresses and a wardrobe. The living room has a super comfortable sofa bed that folds out into a queen-size bed (160x200). In the kitchen, you'll find a refrigerator, stovetop, and sink. The bathroom is, of course, neat and clean. The shower is a walk-in style. Guest access Everything what is in the apartment can be used during your stay. Other things to note Please tell us before your arrival your Flight number and whether you need a parking space. Please keep in mind that the max. height of cars in the underground parking is 190 cm. There is a shop very close to the apartment where you can buy a local sim card. The garden area and the corridor leading to the apartment are monitored by CCTV. Hosting parties is strictly prohibited. Engaging in loud behavior during designated quiet hours is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the premises. A strict no-smoking policy is in effect within the apartment, garden, and throughout the entire compound. Violation of this policy, including smoking or vaping, will incur a penalty fee for ozone treatment and the cleaning of all fabrics. We are animal lovers ourselves, but to ensure that individuals with allergies to animals feel comfortable in the apartment, we do not allow pets. Should a pet be present in the apartment at any time of your stay, a fee for deep cleaning and laundering of all fabrics, including duvets and pillows, will be imposed and you may be asked to leave.
