Each of the four bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort, with natural light, vibrant colors, queen-size beds, premium linens, and a variety of pillows. The master suite is family-friendly, with a baby crib and playpen for convenience. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, cornhole, or simply relax in the serene outdoor space. This chic, contemporary home is a serene retreat, nestled near shopping destinations and San Francisco, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. Guest access As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home and property. There are no shared spaces outside of what is included in your booking. Your check-in code will be provided one hour before your arrival. Other things to note Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. For enhanced security, we've installed outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy in our tranquil retreat. We want you to have an amazing stay, and these guidelines will ensure everyone’s comfort while also keeping things smooth with the neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure the House Manual and these rules are ones that you can follow. ** HOUSE RULES ** ➤ NO SMOKING: Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤ QUIET HOURS: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ GUEST COUNT: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 9 pm. ➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ PETS: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, twice the standard rate, is required for pets to ensure an allergen-free space for all guests. Failure to disclose may lead to additional fees. ➤ TRASH DISPOSAL: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Prior to check-out, properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If your stay includes Thursday, kindly put the trash bins out for Friday collection and return them afterward. - FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests are NOT allowed to put food down the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! ➤ TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Please do not tamper with or disable any security cameras. If we notice any tampering, there will be a $500 fine, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. This also applies to any smoke detectors or monitoring devices. ➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. Check-out time is strictly enforced due to our cleaners’ schedule. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour. ➤ PARKING: Feel free to use street parking or the driveway/garage. Be sure to follow all parking signs to avoid fines and avoid blocking the sidewalk. For more detailed parking guidelines, please refer to the house manual. ➤ CLEANLINESS: Please maintain cleanliness and refrain from wearing shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100. ➤ DOORS: Keep all doors closed to prevent insects or animals from entering. - Important: Only lock doors for which you have PIN codes. If you accidentally lock yourself out and require a locksmith, you will be responsible for the fees. ➤ WATER & ICE NOTICE: Please note that the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator are not available for guest use and are not included as an amenity. We recommend bringing bottled water or using the provided kitchen essentials for your hydration needs. ➤ FIREPLACE: For decorative purposes only, do not start real fires. ➤ LANDSCAPING NOTICE: Scheduled Time: Tuesday | Monthly Please don't be alarmed if you notice someone in the backyard. My landscaper visits on Tuesday once a month to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks in the yard, ensuring it's in perfect condition for your stay. 🔐 GATE LOCKBOX INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ) To OPEN the lockbox: - DO NOT pull on the shackle. - Enter the code provided. - Pull DOWN on the NUMBER COVER PLATE (the front cover with the numbers). - The lockbox will open easily. To CLOSE the lockbox: - Place the key back inside. - Close the cover firmly. - Scramble the numbers before leaving. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Pulling on the shackle will prevent the lockbox from opening. If it doesn’t open, re-enter the code and pull the number cover plate downward, not the shackle. By booking, you agree to follow these rules for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
