Large house with Pool, to gather with family or friends, up to 13 people. In peace. Guardians on site at your disposal. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large indoor living area with a large fireplace and a large dining area in winter. Dining area also in the garden in summer. A large panoramic terrace from where you can see the atlas chain and the sunset . The space The Chaliya house is a peaceful guest house 25 km from Marrakech, towards the Ourika and the Atlas Mountains. It offers panoramic views of the countryside and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The house has 5 large bedrooms. The first suite overlooks the pool with a single bed in the living room, the second bedroom also overlooks the pool and has a connecting door with the suite. The third suite overlooks the garden and has a living room that can accommodate two extra beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a shared bathroom. There is a huge 4000 m2 garden around the pool which is 10 x 6 meters. The villa also has a separate kitchen shared with the caretakers and a bar in the living room, and parking for three or four cars. There is a small satellite Wi-Fi connection but not enough for teleworking. We have three dogs in a private area near the parking lots. We are available throughout the stay if you need help or advice. You can prepare your meals or order for €15 per person, starter, main course and drink. We also rent for events such as bachelorette parties, weddings, seminars and retreats. (price on request, maximum capacity 50 people) See you soon!!! Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation except the private part of the guards. Other things to note We organize airport house transfers for €40. We can direct you to a good rental agency if needed. For a minibus of 14 people the price is €230. We are 45 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the medina.
