Great central location on Ards peninsula to stay & sight-see around NI. The space This family home is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. It offers plenty of parking for at least four cars, a lovely 5 min walk down to the seaside, and a comfortable, clean, warm & relaxing environment. This home can accommodate extra guests comfortably (up to 10 people). Please enquire about fees for extra persons if this should apply to you. Your home away from home! There are plenty of extra amenities, even for small children so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. Games, toys & tourist brochures, menus from local restaurants, etc. are available. Watch a movie in the kitchen, living room or even in bed! Please note, this place is not intended or suitable for large parties. It is a quiet family neighbourhood. Noise should be limited in the back garden to respect neighbours. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole space, except for the garage which is being used for storage. (You will have emergency access upon request should there be an issue with the boiler or otherwise). Fully fenced back garden to enjoy the outdoors along with a summer house with comfortable swinging egg chairs. Other things to note This is a quiet, safe & secure family area. We have outdoor cameras for your protection. Neighbours must be respected. This place is not meant for large or loud parties. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimal during the day and night.
