This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located within the Sunrise complex in the picturesque coastal town of Tuncurry, offers a taste of the quintessential seaside lifestyle. Guests can indulge in a refreshing swim in the 15 metre saltwater pool, soak up the sun's rays, or venture out to explore local eateries, beaches, rock pools, scenic lookouts, the golf course, and charming boutiques in downtown Forster. The space ** Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway in a unit on Level 7 and is scheduled to continue through to the end of March 2026. During this period, there may be noise and other disruptions associated with tradespeople accessing the unit and using the elevator to transport tools and materials between the basement, ground floor, and Level 7. Works are expected to be carried out between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that while the projected completion date is March 2026, it is subject to change due to factors beyond Forster Accommodation’s control. Both bedrooms include mirrored built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. For added convenience, the apartment includes an internal laundry with washer and dryer, secure parking, and lift access.
