Comfy 10x10 private room. Newly decorated and painted. The room features a twin bed and a full sized closet. There is also a television, office chair, and fold down desk. Upon arrival you will be provided a code to the keypad which is changed after each guest leaves for your privacy and security. The full bathroom is shared with only one other guest. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen available. The space Cozy and newly renovated home with fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of on-site parking space. The vaulted kitchen is complete with an island with plenty of countertop and cabinet space. The refrigerator is organized by shelf for each guest. The dining area opens out to the patio with wood fire pit, hammock and outdoor workplace, and the yard is completely fenced in with a 6 ft wood privacy fence. Home is situated on a spacious lot within walking distance of Historic Downtown Lebanon and McKendree College, and is a mere 30 minutes from St. Louis. Guest access When arriving you will notice the spacious lot with plenty of parking. There is a security camera outside and a keypad on the door. There is a keypad on your door and the codes are changed every time a guest departs for your safety and security. If for whatever reason I need to access your room I will never under any circumstances do so without getting your explicit permission. During your stay I'm available to my guests whenever you need. Other things to note I'm available for any questions or anything you need during your stay. I want each guest to feel at home.
