Nestled in the vibrant, beachside suburb of Scarborough, WA, this delightful family-friendly villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for your next family vacation. The villa features three bedrooms with award winning Emma mattresses, a cozy living area with 55in tv, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor space for bbq’s. Nearby to the beach, vibrant cafes, and exciting local attractions, experience the best of WA’s coastline during your stay. The space The space is fresh, clean and modern with splashes of colour throughout. Enjoy the open living plan, with a kitchen that looks out into the cosy courtyard with two comfy outdoor chairs and a side table, perfect for chilling with a drink or while cooking a feast on the BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms, each with brand new, premium mattresses. Two of the rooms have queen beds, and the third has two singles. The master has both an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. ~AMENITIES~ -Well lit open plan living area with comfy couch, coffee table and luxury bean bag, 6 Seater dining table (highchair also available), overhanging ratten lamp for night time ambient lighting - New (2024) HiSense 4k 55inch TV with access to major streaming services as well as streaming local channels -A Shaded courtyard with Weber Q BBQ, 2x outdoor chairs with a side table - Kitchen kitted out with nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge. Some cereal, pods and milk (see fridge) is also provided as well as oil, salt, pepper, tea, ground coffee and sugar. - Filtered tap water available in the kitchen - Brand new, award winning Emma mattresses in all bedrooms (mattress protectors too of course) as well as high quality pillows to guarantee a sound sleep - Ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom with double sink - Main bathroom with shower and bath (baby bath also available at all times) - Double carport with remote garage that allows access directly into the living area for added convenience and security. An additional car parking spot (suitable for large cars) is also available right outside the villa in the driveway since our villa is at the end and we own that portion of the drive way. - Laundry with 7kg washing machine and dryer (outdoor clothes line right outside the laundry) Laundry powder provided. - Outdoor clothes line available -Fast Guest Wifi ~Frequently asked questions~ WHAT COOLING AND HEATING DOES THE PROPERTY OFFER? Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the home will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. We also keep portable fans in each of the bedrooms for those who prefer. WHERE CAN I PARK AND WHAT PARKING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? You will have exclusive access to the double lock up garage that also allows entry directly into the villa. Since our villa is at the end of the driveway, there is also an additional parking spot right out the front of the villa that can be used. Street parking is also available, as well as Abbott Park carpark that is right behind the villa. WHAT CHILDRENS ITEMS DO YOU OFFER? ● Full sized cot kept in the master bedroom ● Highchair available upon request ● Additional kid friendly cutlery, bowls, plates and cups ● Some kids toys and books ● A toddler/ kids table and two small chairs (see photos of living area) Guest access Guests can access the property via the shared driveway to the villa (located at the end of tree driveway). Lock box access to the keys ensure that check in is a breeze at any time of day/night. During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire stand alone villa (no shared common walls with neighbours), double lock up garage, and an extra parking space right in front of the garage. Other things to note While this area of Scarborough is highly sought after, it is a buzzing suburb with lots going on and there may be some noise at times (early evenings) in the courtyard from the adjacent park and outdoor sports precinct, most notably on weekends.
