Rise and shine, this amazing view can also be seen from the comfort of the bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and a Keurig. The essentials, such as cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided. There is a granite bar and stools for dining. Bon Appetit! The Surfside Pier and restaurants are within walking distance from the condo. *In addition to the many walks on the beach, you will have no problem meeting your daily exercise steps since Windswept Villas does not have an elevator. **Per HOA rules, guests are not allowed to invite anyone not staying on the Windswept property to park in the Windswept parking lot or use the beach access or pool. ***Per HOA rules, no pets are allowed. ****Only one vehicle is allowed per unit, no trailers.
