Guest access For your comfort and safety, follow the check-in instructions: - I'll send the documentation of the guests who are on the reservation 48 hours in advance. - If you know the vehicle you will use during your stay, please indicate the license plate, model and color. - Upon arrival at the Building, you will need to present yourself at the reception to confirm your registration. - The password to access the apartment will be sent by our commercial team at check-in. Other things to note APT 1012 has the following features: 1 bedroom, a suite with a double bed, kitchen and integrated living room with sofa bed and balcony area. APT 1012 is fully furnished and air-conditioned, ensuring greater comfort during your stay Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and basic utensils (dishes, glasses, cutlery, sandwich maker and blender). We offer Wi-Fi in the accommodation. The apartment's TV is a smart TV, allowing access to streaming apps (using your own password) Access is by electronic lock (password will be informed at check-in) The apartment has a parking space (access by registering at the reception and using the control). The control will be made available to the guest, who must return it to the reception at check-out, otherwise a replacement fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged. The apartment provides the complete trousseau at check-in, without change during the stay.
