This beautiful countryside suite is located in Cinfães, Portugal, a short drive from the stunning Douro Valley. The house is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. The space Welcome to my suite! This beautiful 15-square-meter suite in Geada is the perfect place for couples to come and spend quality time together. This suite features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It is equipped with a minibar for your comfort and convenience. Breakfast is included and is served in the dining room between 09.00 and 11.00. The communal dining area can comfortably accommodate ten people and offers a fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, and a BBQ, shared with other guests for their convenience. The room includes access to Netflix for your entertainment. And there's also a pool table for guests to play on in the living room. The swimming pool is the cherry on top of this romantic retreat and will be enjoyed by everyone visiting. The bathroom contains all the essentials, such as a hairdryer and shampoo. Towels are also provided for your convenience. The suite is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are allowed in the apartment. The house has no access for people with reduced mobility. - Currently, the road leading to the house is in poor condition, but renovation plans are underway. To avoid potential vehicle damage, you can park in the square on the main street as an alternative. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
