This stylish place to stay is perfect for up to 6 people, comfortable and spacious and well located to enjoy the northern coastal and beach areas or easy transport access to the rest of Malta and its sister island Gozo. The space The property is modern and well furnished. You are welcome to enjoy the large kitchen dining area and a lovely little balcony for morning coffee … Up to 6 people can stay comfortably sharing a double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin rooms sharing a main bathroom. A rear larger balcony invites you for dining and relaxing. You will find all necessary facilities of washing machine, dishwasher and AC climate control to support your comfortable stay. Guest access The property is for the sole use of you and the guests booked with you. Other things to note Important things to note when considering our property before you book: 1. Malta, being of a hot Mediterranean climate is home to little bugs such as ants and cockroaches, we do everything we can to prevent and eradicate these unwelcome guests but it’s important to be aware that cockroaches can fly in and ants will be attracted to crumbs of foods if left on worktops and floors. 2. Accessing the property is by self check in. 48 hours prior to arrival you have access to the ‘check in’ function on the app. You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with the location of the property and step by step access process with images and code information. At 11am on your day of arrival you will also receive an automated message reiterating the address, self check in process and lockbox code. Check in is from 1600hrs on the first day of your booking. Check out is by 1100hrs on your day of departure. We do try to accommodate early arrival or late departure (or luggage storage) when possible but please appreciate that the housekeeping team need the time between check out and check in to prepare the apartment. 3. The apartment you rent forms part of a quiet residential block. It is common courtesy and absolutely expected that noise levels are kept to a minimum not to disturb other residents. 4. We provide the following for you: - bed linen (inc blankets in the colder months) - bathroom towels (not beach towels so kindly bring your own of those - shower gel - 2 toilet rolls - cleaning products (dish soap, general housekeeping cleaning products) - garbage bags (recycle/organic/black) - basic condiments (salt/pepper/oil) - tea, coffee, sugar 5. Only guests that you book for the duration of the stay are permitted in the property. Any additional guests are to be declared and we do have an extra guest fee to be respected. 6. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the property. 7. NO PETS ALLOWED 8. Malta, as part of EU, is committed to the Eco Contribution policy. Kindly refer to the polite notice in the apt of 50c per per, per night, for up to the first 10 nights of stay. 9. As part of the effort to limit any negative impact tourism has on the infrastructure of the tiny island of Malta we insist that you help by following the garbage disposal schedule carefully explained for you on the notice in the apt and house manual. 10. For stays of 28 nights or more there is an additional deposit of Euro300, outside of AirBnB, which will be offset against Water & Electricity usage at the end of your stay.
