A peaceful haven in the Dinannaise countryside, in the municipality of Lanvallay, in Brittany not far from Saint-Malo and Dinard. Come and enjoy this very nice 100 m² stone house (rated 3*). In the heart of a property of 4,000 m² of wooded land, a completely renovated house with all the comforts and a neat decoration. (East/West exposure) We are located 2 km from Lanvallay, 3 km from the port and 4.5 km from Dinan. The space Description of the house (classified 3*): The house is completely independent with its private garden, consists of a large room of 50 m². Living room, with a fireplace equipped with a wood stove, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen with central island. Upstairs 1st bedroom, with a double bed (140 x 190), 2 night tables, wardrobe, dresser and shelf. 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190), 3 night tables, wardrobe, dresser and desk table. Bathroom with large shower (120x90), double sink, storage column, coat rack, towel rack, hairdryer and washing machine. Separate toilet with small storage cabinet. Landing with closet. Amenities: In the garden you will have garden furniture (1 table and 6 chairs), 6 garden chairs, umbrella, Weber charcoal barbecue, possibility to enjoy the swing and trampoline for children (under the responsibility of the parents).
