This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A haven of peace in the Dinannese countryside, in the municipality of Lanvallay, in Brittany not far from Saint-Malo and Dinard. Come and enjoy this very pretty stone house of 100 m²(classified 3*). In the heart of a property of 4,000m² of wooded land, fully renovated house with all comforts and neat decoration. (East/West Exposure) We are located, 2 kms from Lanvallay, 3 kms from the port and 4.5 kms from Dinan. The space Description of the house (classified 3*): The house is completely independent with its private garden, consists of a large room of 50m². Living room, with a fireplace equipped with a wood burning stove, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen with central island. Upstairs 1st bedroom, with a bed for 2 people (140x190), 2 nightstands, wardrobe, dresser and shelf. 2nd bedroom with 3 beds for 1 people (90x190), 3 nightstands, wardrobe, dresser and desk table. Bathroom with large shower (120x90), double sink, storage column, coat rack, towel rack, hair dryer and washing machine. Separate toilet with small storage cabinet. Landing with closet closet. Amenities: In the garden you will have garden furniture (1 table and 6 chairs), 6 garden chairs, umbrella, Weber charcoal barbecue, possibility to enjoy the portico and trampoline for children (under the responsibility of the parents). Saint-Malo, a walled city, and Dinard, a renowned seaside resort, which are about 20 kilometers away will offer you their beautiful beaches. The Emerald Coast is also well known for having the highest tides in Europe. This makes photographers and fishermen happy on foot.
