We have 1 bedroom (suite), bedroom with two single beds, mattress, sofa bed and 2 BATHROOMS, air, wifi, TV in the suite and living room. Full kitchen, refrigerator, stove and microwave. Bathrooms with hot water and hairdryer. We have a washing machine and iron. The space Condominium located 10 meters from the sand, facing the sea. Large leisure area with adult and children's pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi, kids area, barbecue (rented), beauty salon and much more. We are close to all the best beach bars, as well as the Riomar mall (5 minutes), restaurants, pharmacies and hospitals. Guest access Access is allowed to all areas of the condominium, provided that the rules and schedules imposed by the condominium's Internal Regulations are respected. Other things to note The condominium is RESIDENTIAL, so you have to respect the rules imposed by the Internal Regulations. No loud noises are allowed at any time of the day, especially after 10 p.m. In the event of a fine for non-compliance with any rule, the guest is required to pay.
