Just steps from the natural thermal baths of Santa Cesarea and close to Otranto and Castro, it’s perfect for exploring the coast, with crystal-clear waters and local flavors. The space The house boasts 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 sofas that can be converted into beds. You'll find a full bathroom equipped with a shower, hot water, toilet, and bidet, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities and includes an indoor (extendable) dining table. Outside, you will find a dedicated space for your enjoyment with another table and lounge chairs (located within the condominium's larger shared terrace), perfect for enjoying your day outside. A flight of stairs from the house leads directly to the sea, with a rocky coast equipped with a stepladder for easier access installed by the condominium when the weather conditions allow it (usually removed during the low season, although access to the water remains possible via the rocks). Here, you'll also find a private terrace for condominium residents, featuring 4 sun beds and a parasol for your use, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading back inside. A short swim will take you to 3 beautiful sulfur caves, perfect for a refreshing dip that leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated. If you prefer sandy shores, the scenic cove of Porto Miggiano is just a 5-minute drive away, while you can reach the beautiful beaches of Otranto in only 25 minutes. The house offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere for most of the year, perfect for those seeking privacy, tranquility, and an authentic connection with the sea. During the summer period, when tourist activity is higher, the atmosphere can become more lively and vibrant. The house is also fully heated during the winter months and equipped with air conditioning for the summer, making it comfortable and enjoyable in every season. PARKING Upon arrival, you’ll find several paid parking spaces along the road just above the house. In addition, a large parking area is located just past the building, offering both paid and free options.
