The cottage sleeps 6 with a wood fired hot tub Just off the M6/M74 2 bed cottage set in a large private garden with ample parking Ideally located Gretna Green Weddings Designer Outlet Hidden River/ Annan Distillery Hetland Hall weddings Hadrian's Wall The Lake District Coastal Path National Cycle Route 7 South West Scotland Coast Wood fired Hot Tub is available at £50 per night - payable on arrival to allow flexibility, this can take 2/3 hours to heat up depending on the time of year The space Orchard Cottage is a self contained 2 bedroom bungalow in Gretna with fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Sleeping 6 people The cottage has a living/ kitchen/ diner at the front of the house with large bi-fold doors which open out onto the balcony which accesses the patio/ hot tub / garden area and also has patio doors to the side. The 2 bedrooms are at the back of the cottage. One bedroom has patio doors onto the main patio area with the hot tub and garden. The cottage has underfloor heating in all rooms There is plenty of space in the bedrooms for travel cots if you want to bring one for your infants. We do not have one on site but happy for families to use their own. Wood Fired covered Hot tub (£50 per night charge - payable on arrival) this can take 2/3 hours to heat depending on the time of year. The covered private woodfired hot tub is available at £50 a night paid on arrival and we would require 24 hours notice to ensure we can have it prepared for you. It will be set up ready for you to light on arrival. Only plastic glasses can be used around the hot tub area and these are provided. There is a large semi enclosed garden. Sleeping arrangements : Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed Bedroom 2 - Superking bed or 2 single beds * (The configuration of this would need confirmed with your booking to allow to set up as you need it) Full size double sofa bed in living room Both rooms have plenty of storage in wardrobes and drawers. There is also ample space for weddings parties to get ready. Table and Chairs for dining indoors and outdoors We have a large parking area which can hold multiple vehicles / mobile homes / larger vehicles / caravans/ bikes / motorbikes We have a variety of games for your enjoyment and we also have a book swap. Other things to note Wood fired covered Hot Tub is £50 per night - payable on arrival Instructions manual for the hot tub is within the cottage inside a black folder. This can take 2/3 hours to heat up depending on the time of the year. There are two bedrooms Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Bedroom Bedroom 2 - Can be either a Superking bed or 2 single beds This would need confirmed before arrival to allow the configuration that you require Infants: Both bedrooms have space for travel cots if you have one. We do not have them on site but are happy for guests to bring them to use for their infants There is also a double couch bed in the living room (Within the 3 seater couch) The woodfired hot tub is available at £50 a night paid on arrival and we would require 24 hours notice to ensure we can have it prepared for you, which you light on arrival. There is a thermometer inside and you must ensure the correct temperature before using it. Only plastic glasses can be used around the hot tub area and these are provided.
