The stairs to the loft bedrooms, have one timber hand rail (no child gates) that leads to a hallway with one bedroom on each side. There are no beds or bedrooms on the ground floor. The one full bathroom is located on the ground floor with timber and mini orb iron features. The shower space has sliding glass doors and requires you to step up into the recess. Large flat screen smart television and large leather lounge with chaise shares the open living space with kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table. Double sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen/dining area to a private patio. Patio has gas BBQ and a wood fired BBQ for guest use. Custom made timber outdoor table made from ironbark tree off the family property on Smith Av. The shed has laundry with extra large washing machine and dryer and has a PA door and an electric roller door with ample secure parking for two vehicles. Over an acre of private, fully fenced land with river views and direct access to the Wild River. At times wildlife will enter the yard. Open parking area for machinery, campers, & caravans between shed and the river at the rear of the property. Guest access Guest can use the entire yard and shed house with the exception of a private, locked, store room behind the kitchen and the two locked shipping containers on the property.
