Welcome to the “Green House of Memories”! This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset. The space The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the building. Bright and with attention to detail, it is composed of an entrance room with kitchen with induction hob and microwave oven, plates, glasses and utensils for cooking at home. The bathroom has a comfortable shower. The bedroom, with a 160cm bed, has a fun rocking chair to relax at the end of the day. The apartment is cooled and heated with Samsung air conditioner. The real strong point is the terrace above, shared with the apartments on the ground floor and first floor, also owned by us and managed by my brother (The White House of Memories and the Pink House of Memories) where you can enjoy a splendid view. and a beautiful sunset. The terrace is equipped with comfortable armchairs and small tables. Bear in mind before booking that the stairs are characteristic but impervious and narrow, being a period building. I don't recommend it for travelers with bulky luggage. The location enjoys extreme tranquility and a few meters from the nightlife streets of Tivoli with bars, shops and restaurants, as well as from the entrance to the Gregoriana and D'Este Villas. Guest access Self-check-in is available, so you can arrive at your own pace. You can also arrange for in-person check-in during the times listed in your profile. The apartment is accessed from the door on the street. The apartment is located on the second and last floor and can be reached via the staircase which, although suggestive, is narrow and steep like many stairs in Italian period buildings. I do not recommend booking for those traveling with bulky luggage. The building is in a limited traffic area. For those coming by car we recommend the Piazzale Massimo car park. For those arriving by train, the station is a 15-minute walk away.
