Other things to note This apartment is not a tourist accommodation, so it is not rented for stays for that purpose. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, relocation, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving into the apartment. This contract will primarily reflect the conditions agreed upon during the reservation, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourism purposes), and the prohibition on subletting and carrying out construction work.
