The cozy bedrooms feature a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a king bed, bunk bed, and twin bed to accommodate all guests. Take the kayaks or bring your boat! The Withlacoochee River heads straight into the Gulf with plenty of fishing, scallops, and manatees! Pool table in the living room, along with a nice grill to cook your fresh catch on! The space We offer 2 bedrooms. The master room has a king bed and 1/2 bath attached. The guest room has a bunk and single twin! Closets in each room with dressers for plenty of storage. Extra blankets/sheets/pillow covers are available. The full bath has a standup shower and we offer complimentary soap and shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen and coffee bar have all the essentials to make a nice meal or early morning coffee. Full sized dining area and also plenty of outdoor seating. Pool table offers fun and enjoyment for all, but we ask to not place items on the pool table to avoid damages. Youtube TV available with other streaming services (netflix, hulu, prime). Other things to note We have 2 adult and 1 youth kayak available to use with paddles, dry bag, and life vests. The kayaks are not to be taken off the property and launched at another location.
