Located on a quiet suburban street between historic Ellicott City and Catonsville, this newly renovated, one-bedroom ground level suite includes an open concept kitchen/ living area and spacious full bathroom. The private bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and generous closet space. The kitchenette is equipped with a full refrigerator, keurig, microwave, mini Smart Oven, and standard cooking supplies. Guests also have access to the cozy outdoor dining space. The space PLEASE READ: NOISE: We live upstairs with our 13 month old (as of 4/26), as well as a friendly medium sized dog and two chunky cats who are frequently frolicking in the yard. While we make every effort to provide you with a quiet stay you may hear baby noises, footsteps, or pet paws. HVAC: The space is connected to the home's HVAC system which is set to a comfortable temperature. Guests do not have direct access to the thermostat which is located upstairs. Temperature adjustments can be made upon request and additional heaters/fans are available for use. Guest access The suite has its own private entrance accessable via a newly constructed pathway. Keys will be stored in a lock box. Street parking available. Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area. Other things to note Historic Ellicott City is renowned for its picturesque, well-preserved 18th-century architecture and charming, hilly streets. The town offers a delightful blend of history and modernity with its unique boutiques, antique shops, and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy its scenic setting along the Patapsco River, vibrant arts scene, and rich history, including sites like the B&O Railroad Museum and the Thomas Isaac Log Cabin. Neighboring Catonsville offers a small-town vibe with urban convenience with quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants. For nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, Patapsco Valley State Park and the Trolley No. 9 Trail are just around the corner. Easy access to I-95, 695, and 70. BWI airport, downtown Baltimore, and Columbia are all within 15 minutes. No smoking indoors.
