Hilights - Central location in the charming wine town of Gau-Algesheim - Close to hiking and biking trails - Perfect base for excursions by car/train to Mainz, Wiesbaden... as it is close to the train station (5-minute walk) - Shopping, pharmacy, restaurants & cafes are within walking distance The space - 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (each with 1.80 m double bed) - Living room with sofa bed (1.60 m) - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food and cooking utensils - An initial supply of oil, vinegar, spices, tea, Nespresso coffee capsules, detergent and dishwasher tabs is available - Bathroom + toilet incl. shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer - Separate guest toilet - Cozy conservatory + roof terrace - Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living environment - Fresh bed linens & towels - Free parking is within walking distance (5 minutes away) from the property near the train station - Short-term parking (for unloading purchases or luggage) is possible in front of the property in the designated areas for 1 hour with a parking disc Guest access - Self check-in via key box - The access code is sent on the day of check-in Other things to note Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out should be by 11 am. Earlier arrivals or later departures can be arranged by arrangement and availability. Pets: Pets are allowed in our apartment. Please let us know about this. Non-smoking apartment: Our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Please respect this and smoke only outdoors. Noise Control: To ensure a pleasant stay for all residents, we ask that you respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the price. For longer stays, we offer an additional cleaning service on request for an additional charge.
