It’s best to stay on well-lit streets, avoid the park after dark, and remain aware of your surroundings. While most guests find the connection reliable for general use, please note that the speed may vary depending on the number of devices connected and the time of day. Our property is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Los Angeles by car, depending on traffic. It’s also accessible via public transit, with several bus lines and the Metro Red/Purple Line nearby. Do you provide housekeeping services during the stay? For stays longer than a week, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. For shorter stays, housekeeping is not provided during your stay, but we do ensure the unit is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Is there a laundry facility on-site? We do not allow guests to use our on-site laundry facilities. However, there are three coin-operated laundry facilities within walking distance. The nearest laundromat is just a 5-minute walk away on Wilshire Boulevard. Please ask for directions if needed. What’s the check-in/check-out process? We use a Schlage lock for check-in, and Airbnb automatically sets the code for your stay. Check-in is self-service and available any time after 4pm. You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to access the property before your arrival. Check-out is at 11am. Please make sure to leave the keys in the lockbox when you depart.
