The place comprises of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a large convertible sofa that can also serve as a double bed, and a smart HD TV with Netflix, Disney, Direct One, Prime Video, Rakuten, Sky; Apple tv, Rtl+ (all of which you can use with your own account) and cable channels. There is a dining table with four chairs. In the bedroom there is a king size bed as well as space for your clothes. There is also a smart HD TV. Both the living room and the bedroom are fitted with electric shutters. The cozy balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. As a huge plus a space for one car in the secure garage of the building is provided for free (height restriction: 2.1 m). Guest access You'll have the place all to yourselves with full access to all amenities. Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change.
