Hosted and surfed by the world’s best surfers. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 950 sq ft. Beach patio, plenty of parking. Beach gear available for use. STR23-0030 Guest access Private parking. Private house with full access. Nothing shared with any other parties. Single unit and no shared beach property with other units. Directly on the beach with private beach stairs and access. There is a 3 car max on this property for STR at all times. Other things to note Strict noise ordinance from 10 pm to 7 am. No on-site transportation of any kind provided. We will always maintain a minimum of three off-street parking spaces. Maximum vehicles allowed is three. There is no exceptions to car allowances day or night, and the city and community operate a very strict management and patrol of this rule. Must provide name, address, and drivers license or copy of passport upon request prior to renting. Total occupancy during the day is not to exceed 12 people at any time. Total occupancy for sleeping is 6. Service Dogs are allowed. No cats or any other animals or reptiles. Please do not move furniture, or use the indoor furniture, pillows and linens outside. There is no air-conditioning at the house. The house is located directly on the beach. We cannot control the ocean, waves or tides. The ocean is unpredictable. Beach conditions may vary drastically from day to day. The beach has extensive shoreline protection of sand cubes and boulders. Do not play or climb on boulders. Private property runs from the back of the home to mean high tide. Trash pick-up is Monday. All trash must be in the trash and recycle bins Sunday night. The trash service will take the trash bins to the street early Monday AM and bring them back Monday after to the trash enclosure. The gardening service comes on Saturday typically between the hours of 8-9 am PT.
