The downstairs bedrooms and living areas are accessed through the laundry room, which we’ve tried to make as pleasant as possible. The front door may need a firm push to close completely, and some interior doors require a bit of effort to latch. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep, and the downstairs living area has a lower ceiling due to duct work, so tall guests should watch their heads.
