Our spacious bedrooms are designed to rejuvenate and delight: the primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size haven. The third bedroom features a snug full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom includes a versatile full-size bed with a convenient twin pull-out mattress. All rooms are dressed in hotel-quality linens for your ultimate comfort. Plus, the pull-out couch in the living area can transform into an additional queen bed, perfect for accommodating larger groups. Bathrooms: Experience a refreshing sense of cleanliness in the full bathrooms at Charming Cottage. The first bathroom, conveniently located between the primary and second bedrooms, is perfect for shared use, while the second bathroom, situated downstairs, offers easy access for guests in the third and fourth bedrooms. Both bathrooms feature a stylish tub/shower combo, providing ample space to prepare for your exciting Colorado adventures! The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast, and the dining room offers delightful views of the open patio, enhancing your culinary experience. Outdoor Spaces: Breathe in the fresh Colorado air in our stunning backyard, ideal for outdoor games and grilling. Step through the back sliding door to your private outdoor oasis, featuring an expansive patio and ample space for your group to relax and enjoy. Your dogs are also welcome to stay with you! We allow up to two dogs per stay, with a $100/pet fee. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pooches! Guest access You will have complete and private access to the home any time during your stay using our SmartLock system. Three days prior to arrival, you will receive your pre-stay email with the address, door code, directions, and any other important information you'll need for the home. This home, built in 1940, has a few charming quirks that add to its character. The downstairs bedrooms and living areas are accessed through the laundry room, which we’ve tried to make as pleasant as possible. The front door may need a firm push to close completely, and some interior doors require a bit of effort to latch. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep, and the downstairs living area has a lower ceiling due to duct work, so tall guests should watch their heads.
