We are thrilled to share the city we call home with you! Our one-story home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that St. Petersburg has to offer, including the nearby Dalí Museum, St. Pete Pier, lively downtown, Fort De Soto Park, and of course, St. Pete Beach! This charming home was just renovated in 2024, including a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, 2 full and newly renovated bathrooms, 3 renovated bedrooms, restored hardwood flooring, new lighting and fixtures, and all brand new furniture. Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's coastal chic theme, making this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sunshine. The open floor plan creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather with the living room and kitchen flowing together. There are 2 bedrooms located off of the living room area with a newly renovated full-bathroom. The oversized newly renovated master suite is located down its own hallway for additional privacy and even has its own full-sized bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms are newly remodeled and provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with brand new luxury bedding. The master suite has a king-sized canopy bed and its own bathroom and full-sized tub. The 2 guest bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom with a unique walk-in shower. There are two dedicated home office workspaces - one located in one of the guest bedrooms and the other in the master suite. A pack-and-play crib with a portable changing table is also available. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the large porch, lounging in the sun, cruising on our 2 guest bikes, or firing up the grill. The large backyard is fully fenced, equipped with lounger chairs and a hammock. Turn on the outdoor string lights in the evening for the perfect nighttime ambiance. Rainy day? No problem! Our guests can also enjoy our home outside under the covered porch or inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 55-in TV in the living room. Although each bedroom includes its own closet and luggage rack, don't bother bringing an extra suitcase for clothes! A brand new washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Guest access Check in is at 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests have access to the entire house, backyard, and porch. Our home is equipped with fast private WiFi and keyless electronic entry. We charge a $50 fee for an early check in or late check out. Other things to note House Rules: This is a family home located in a residential area. Our family actually lives in this home for a large part of the year. We expect you to treat our home with the same respect as you would treat your own. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises. We have a strict no smoking rule within the home.
