You'll be less than 1 block from campus making it easy to leave your car and walk to EVERYTHING PSU & Downtown including Beaver Stadium and BJC. The home features a fully supplied kitchen, dining room, living room with 55" TV, full bath & modern conveniences you expect for a memorable State College getaway with friends & family. Throughout the 20th Century, this house was home to a PSU professor and their family on the first floor while the 1800 sq foot, private unit, upstairs was rented to PSU Grad students. After a fresh renovation this summer, we are happy to offer this upstairs unit to you and your guests for your State College traveling enjoyment. You'll enter through your private entrance and exclusive use of the home situated on the second and third floors of the house. Located in the beautiful and historic College Heights neighborhood, you'll be one block off campus. You're just a 5-20 minute walk to everything Penn State and Downtown. The large bedrooms are beautifully appointed with queen beds and comfortable bedding. The large living room features a couch and seating for 8+ to enjoy the 55" Wi-Fi HDTV. Cook your meals in the full, appliance and cookware stocked, kitchen or get takeout and enjoy at the dining table with chairs and bench seating. The third-floor bedroom is a wonderful private space with full and twin beds as well as a desk. The shared outdoor space features a flagstone patio with a fire pit. Each bedroom features all the conveniences you've come to expect in the modern world of travel like charging ports, full-size closets for your use, and plenty of space for your luggage and personal items. The full bath has a full-size tub/shower and sink. Parking for 3 cars on the property included. Whether it's graduation, game weekend, or just visiting, this home will make your stay much more enjoyable than any local hotel can offer. Guest access The house is laid out as a duplex with 2 units, one on the first floor and the other on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You'll have full and exclusive use of the separate living unit, with its private entrance and registered address, on the second and third floors of the house. The first-floor unit is completely separate and rents separately. (not available at this time). You'll share the outdoor, flagstone patio area and driveway but will have assigned parking spots for you and your guests. Other things to note Stay longer than 7 nights and enjoy complimentary mid-stay cleaning and linen refresh services every 5 days. Inquire about military and first responder discount year round.
