Relax in this calm, stylish space Its very near to MOA Arena, IKEA, SMX Hall, Casinos and Fast Food restaurant, You can have access to the pool (will need a ticket) and continue to take videos and photos for you contents...Welcome to MOA... Netflix may, or may not be available (please ask the host) The space The unit is a 28sqm. 1. Bedroom has a double bed (48x75) for couple or bed sharing, and a floor mattress (36x75). 2. The living room has no sofa. we replaced it with a bunkbed (36x36x75) & another floor mattress. This arrangement is to cater comfortably a family or group of 4 adults and 2 kids if more than 4 adults, you may contact the host for special arrangement. If your intention is to stroll around MOA area, then this is ideal for you. no fancy expectation. just a place to stay. otherwise, just book a hotel. ✌️ Bedroom arrangement's are as follows: (please note that all our 1BR units have almost identical set up and ed arrangements. 1) Family bed or Double ( which is for sharing of 2pax 2)Bunker or double deck (for 2 guests also that 1pax will occupy the lower part, and 1pax will occupy the upper part. If 2kids, they can occupy the lower part as bed sharing, or medium built adults or 2 girls or medium built 2boys) 3)1 or 2 Floor mattress is on standby. Ideally, the set up is good for 3 to 4 adults and 2kids. If you book this with 6 adults, please prepare to squeeze in. 4) 3 towels will be provided for 1 BR. 5. 1 roll of tissue will be provided Other things to note If you are more than 3 guests, you will then receive an instruction on how to check in smoothly. Honestly, the hotel admin is very strict. And there are certain rules and policies that they enforce. Just follow our instructions so that we can accommodate and serve you properly. But rest assured, all guests will be able to enter the room. If you are okay with this, then you can go ahead and book this. Please note the following: 1) If your reservation is a 1 bedroom unit, you will notice that only 3 names will be written in the AUTHORIZATION letter. If the 4th, 5th, and 6th guests are children (aged 2 to 12yo), their names will not be included; however, children aged 2 and above must be listed as "guests" and must be included in the guest count at the time of booking. 2) If you are 6 adults, we will then give you a secondary AUTHORIZATION letter to make your check in smooth. Please note the room assignment in which you will be occupying. The host or co-host will inform you which room you will be occupying only. 2. a) When you receive the 2 Authorization letters, please take note of the names written per Authorization letter. You will need it when registering all guests. You have to write down the names under the unit in which they are listed based on the Authorization letters. Additional things to note: 1. We aim to create a positive and welcoming community atmosphere. If you book this room, please enjoy it and make the most of it. If you expect amenities not provided by us after booking, please look for other accommodations. This room is suitable for guests with a positive attitude who simply want to stay and enjoy the area around MOA. If you are like a perfectionist surveyor, this may not be the place for you... 2. We do not provide bottled drinking water. 3. Split type air-conditioned must be kept at 24°C. 4. We can only offer what is available in the room. Nothing more, nothing less. 4.a) Hair dryer, Iron (+board) and additional towels requires an extra fee. Please contact the host. 5. We also have other accommodations around MOA area. Please consider to be assigned in other rooms that we offer if necessary. 6. If you book this room for other people to stay, you must agree not to write a review. If you don't agree, please don't book this room. 7. We may require you to pay a security deposit of 500 to 1,000 pesos (which will be refunded if there is no damage or loss of items after 2 hours of your check-out). 8.
