Our cosy brand-new studio has a super location, close to the center at the Danube. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large and nice bathroom with shower (washing machine). In the spacious room you will find a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and dining place. The apartment has a large balcony with chairs so you can enjoy a glass of wine there. Other things to note Official check-in time: at or after 15:00 o'clock. Official check-out time: at or before 10:00 o'clock. As there are a self-check-in and self-check-out at the apartment you can freely arrive any time after 15:00 o'clock (even in the middle of the night!) or leave early in the morning!
