This turn-of-the 20th century school house, turned company house, is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Garten just outside of Fayetteville. Located near the best trails the NRG has to offer, the Kaymoor House is less than a half a mile from Arrowhead Bike Farm and Cantrell's. Whether you hike to Longpoint or bike to Cunard from the backyard you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the National Park but be dining at one of Fayetteville’s outstanding restaurants in less than five mins. The space The property features three bedrooms and one full bath. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Even at 864 sq ft the house features a spacious living room and full kitchen. Now with a newly added trail at the rear of the property which connects to the popular Lecroy trail. Guest access The entire house, deck and yard are available to the guests, plus a trail that leads to the national park. Other things to note Our house’s flooring is over 100 yrs old. It was produced from virgin timber right here in West Virginia. It can be a little creaky so be prepared for a little bit of noise if you are a light sleeper.
