No Smoking in home or on property. 3. Dogs welcome (up to 35lb/each, limit 2), non-refundable pet fees apply; pre-registration is required. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. PET RULES: 1. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. 2. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your pet fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3. Dogs welcome (limit of 1 up to 35 lbs.). $150 non-refundable pet fee/per animal; pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Pet Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
