Large items and bulky waste: Please do not leave behind bulky items such as suitcases, strollers, or large stuffed toys. These cannot be disposed of as regular garbage. If such items are left behind, disposal fees may be charged. Towels and linens: Linens and towels are prepared according to the number of registered guests. Extra towels are not provided, but guests may use the washing machine during their stay. Lost key: If you lose the key, a fee of 20,000 JPY will be charged.
