It’s been thoughtfully and beautifully curated from top to bottom with extra amenities that are perfect for skiers, boarders, and bikers - including a dedicated space for putting on your gear, extra hooks and drying racks, a stocked pantry, and high-end mattresses and bedding to help you feel refreshed and ready for another day of adventure. The living room has everything you need to relax and have fun: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN; a Joybird sectional for lounging (with a premium, full-sized pull-out for sleeping); games and books for all ages; a bar cart; and a reading nook for some quiet time or for toddlers at bedtime. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar, kid-friendly tableware, and everything you need to cook or bake - including curated, ready-to-make meals. The bedroom has a top-of-the line king bed, a WFH station with a monitor, blackout curtains, and plenty of room to hang all your gear. Want to explore? Staying here means you get access to the free shuttle to the base (or you can walk in ~10 minutes), indoor and outdoor pools, the hot tub, steam room, saunas, grills, a fire pit, and more. All the Killington restaurants and bars are only a few minutes away, including several that are walkable. This is truly living the resort life. Guest access This is your own private unit. We'll email you a time-sensitive code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note • Mountain Green is in the middle of a $50 million glow up for our exterior and common spaces, so there is construction during the summer months. This means there may be noise during the day, and you might not have access to the patio. • This is on the first floor, but you do have to use stairs for access. • Items in the pantry are for purchase (like a mini-bar) and are not included in the price of your stay. Spices, coffee, tea, and other cooking essentials (like olive oil) are complimentary. • If you stay longer than a week, the owner may need brief, pre-arranged access to water the plants. • We are happy to help customize your stay if you need anything special or have suggestions - please feel free to reach out and ask • The gym is open every day. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open and hours may very. • The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge. • The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2. • There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 21. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer. • Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators. • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner’s association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation. • The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We provide a Brita in the refrigerator but recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the taste of well water. • Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
