Centrally located, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Guest access Access to all pools, tennis court, basketball court, beach, mini golf, and water park is included. We are pleased to announce a new addition to the amenities: the pickleball courts. In addition, the tennis courts have been fully renovated and are now ready for use. Both are included with your bracelet fee. **Important Information:** There is a $12 bracelet fee per guest to access the complex and listed areas, not included in the booking price. The maximum number of guests allowed is 8 (infants under 12 months old count as guests). Children aged 12 months and older require a $12 bracelet. Guests are not permitted to have visitors, except for parties with fewer than 8 persons, allowing room for visitors. The total number of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8. Visitor names must be provided prior to the stay or 48 hours before their visit. Visitors are required to pay the bracelet fee. **Operating Hours:** - Pool: 9am-1am - Amenities: 9am-1am - Beach Gate Access: 7am-7pm - Slide: Open on Saturdays and Sundays (10am-5pm) **Early Check-In/Check-Out:** Early check-in/check-out depends on unit availability. Each exception incurs a $75 fee. The earliest check-in is at 1pm, and the latest check-out is at 3pm. Exceptions must be authorized at least 48 hours before arrival/departure date, with arrangements made with the cleaning staff beforehand. **Disclaimer:** Aquatika is a gated community that requires a guest list upon booking, to be provided at least 4 days before arrival. This list cannot be changed once submitted. Bracelet fees are non-refundable, and no changes can be made once the list is submitted to the security checkpoint. No visitors, overnight stays, or day passes are allowed. The maximum number of guests is 8, including yourself. Only one list is accepted per stay. If you have questions about these rules, please inquire before booking. Other things to note Attention to all our potential guests: - We have stocked the space with essential items, however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc -The master bedroom closet is locked and should not be tampered with, as it is reserved for utilities. -We would like to disclose that all of our units are equipped with an inline water heater. This inline water heater operates based on water pressure, and if the pressure decreases, the heater may only be able to slightly warm the water. This may result in the quantity of hot water not fully meeting your needs. It is important for you to be aware of this issue, as water pressure is beyond our control. Nonetheless, we will be available to assist in the event of any situation requiring the intervention of a technician that is not related to water pressure or external factors affecting water temperature. -Guests are not permitted to adjust the water tank, water pressure, hot temperature, or any appliances within the unit. Any issues must be reported to the host for resolution. If equipment is tampered with and subsequently damaged, the guest will be held fully responsible for replacement costs.
