An extra €50 payment is required for late arrivals upon notice (from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). - Upon arrival, you will be required to sign the relevant lease agreement in Italian. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €15 per person per week. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste.
