Boutique house with ocean views from all rooms. The house has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and bedding. A living room integrated into the kitchen with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi and 39-inch Smart TV with Direct TV, YouTube, and Netflix. Large deck with grill, ocean view, roofed and with child safety rails. Pets welcome. The surroundings are very beautiful and quiet, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. We look forward to seeing you! The space The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the basics plus a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, among others. The bathroom has towels for all guests, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries. The house has a private entrance and the car is parked next to it, more than one car can be parked. The deck is spacious and covered with polycarbonate that protects against UV rays. It has a large table and benches to enjoy it, totally safe for children. Paraguayan hammocks add to its comfort! Other things to note We have a crib & baby stroller available upon request. The house is pet friendly and we welcome pets with their water and food bowls. We have sun loungers and umbrellas so just pack your bags and come enjoy yourself!!!
