It is just a short walk or drive to the community lake where you can fish, swim, float,sun, or paddle around with your hand powered vessel. The space The home has an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen with a high beamed ceiling. There is a queen bedroom on first floor with a full bath across the hall. The second floor, at the top of the stairs is a queen bed situated on the roomy landing. The Master bedroom is adjacent to the landing with queen bed, 2 recliners, TV and en suite full bath with walk-in shower. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the entry closet that is for the housekeeping and will be locked. The garage is also locked and for owners use only. Other things to note Neighbors that surround the property are full-time residents. Please respect their privacy and adhere to quiet hours. They all have dogs but they stay on their own property. We provide firewood for sale, $5 per bundle, and free kindling located near the fire pit. Bring your own fire starters.
