The bedroom offers a futon sofa that can be easily converted if looking to sleep separately, or to lounge and watch television or play a game. The fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare a meal, invites you to feel right at home. Gather around the large dining table for games, meals, or drinks, and unwind in the modern-country style bedroom with stunning views of farmland right from your bed. Enjoy thoughtful amenities, including robes, slippers, body lotion, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and more. Watch sunsets from the large window, spot a friendly bunny nibbling clover, or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler evenings. Host Sherry lives in the middle of the building with plenty of privacy for both individual apartments, ensuring your trip offers ease of stay with your host nearby. Ideally located, you’re just 12 minutes from Stratford, 20 minutes from Kitchener/Waterloo, and steps away from snowmobile trails, walking paths, and ponds. Guest access •Driveway is to the right of the building. •Parking is on LEFT of driveway as it’s shared with neighbour who has right side ( in winter she may be parked on same side to accommodate snow plow) •Entrance is beside driveway behind row of cedars- brown door by patio •Smart lock instructions for side door airbnb will be included in your check in •Please enjoy your own fully furnished outdoor private Patio area near guest entrance, as well as the full backyard. •Laundry washer/dryer option available in building (shared washer/dryer with spa business and host) can be arranged/scheduled for you, check with your host to arrange. Other things to note •I do stay within the building in my own separate apartment. You most likely will not see me as I like to offer you privacy. You may see me if I decide to sit out at the side yard, which is not the same side as you are staying or access the garbage/recycling bins. My white car is sometimes parked in the driveway and you may see me coming/going to it. Feel free to say hello if you do, otherwise I offer privacy. •Guests that stay longer than two days, I may need to arrange the watering of flowers in your area, top up water fountain or access the garbage and recycling bins. I try my best to arrange yard maintenance workers prior to your stay however, weather conditions may leave us no choice but to maintain that during your stay. You would be provided advanced notice if they will be by. •If you would like to inquire about availability at the wellness and treatment centre in the building, you can message me or access the website online by searching Orchard Wellness & Treatment Center to see availability or alternatively you can email the business and we would be happy to get back to you soon as we can. Prior arrangements of appointments are usually recommended, however, sometimes short notice openings can occur. • check out my guidebook I created to give some Recommendations of local stops and stores and businesses within the area. ***The laundry facilities for the business is just in the room beside the kitchen. It’s privately separated by the white bifold door (that is locked) beside the fridge. From time to time you may hear staff putting laundry in or taking it out. If you would like to use the laundry just arrange a time with your host.
