Restaurants, boutiques On Libertador Ave, walk to beautiful parks. No parking in my building. 1 garage around the corner/hour-Day 4 pay The space This is a gorgeous, 2 bedroom, 1- 1/2 bath, bathroom. Elegant, plenty of daylight, sunny, spacious apartment with NEW fresh paint & newly refinished hardwood floors! It is a 5 star set up. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory foam and a 32-inch flat smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin-sized beds. This bedroom looks out to the balcony. The living room is lovely with plenty of daylight and sun, it has nice quality furniture and a piano. The Kitchen is fully equipped and I have a small dishwasher. My new check-in & out instructions require that you make a pit stop at my friend's place in Retiro to pick up & drop off the keys from the 24-hour Portero or security person. The good news is that it is 24 hrs a day! VERY IMPORTANT: If picking up the keys in Retiro would be an issue in your review, I would prefer that you do not pick my place. Located 1 block away from Ave Libertador and all the parks. Also towards the other side, you have 2 blocks away Ave Las Heras, where you can catch a bus to ANYWHERE in our nice Metropolis. Otherwise, step out of the apartment, go to the corner to your right, and catch a taxi. Lots of taxis on that corner All within a block of my apartment you will find many restaurants starting with one just on my corner 20 feet away. This restaurant serves delicious food and it is open till 1:00 AM for late Argentinian and Sushi dining. You will find coffee shops, ice cream 'hang out place' boutiques, pharmacies, convenience stores, grocery stores, internet cafes, a Hospital (Fernandez), a bank with ATM machines, you name it! Close to the city center. Ideally situated to explore the many opportunities of this great metropolis!! Nearby are the Japanese garden, the Rose Garden & Botany Gardens & Zoo. You will most certainly arrive at the Ezeiza International Airport, which is outside the city. If you land at the Ezeiza International Airport, you can hire any taxi to take you to Hospital Fernandez, BUT, You will need to make a pit stop at my friend's apartment on the way to pick up the keys with the 24-hour the security guard there. This ride is about 45 minutes long....to an hour depending on the traffic If you arrive at the National (domestic) Airport by the River, you will still need to go pick up the keys in Retiro Keywords: Apartment, Condominium Guest access The whole apartment. Other things to note I love my live plants inside the unit.....and the sun that lights them up....so much light..and sun. Also the piano...it was my Mom's so if you like to play...you get to enjoy it.
