Quiet hours strictly enforced* The space Deer Lodge Retreat is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom fully updated cabin with a loft and game room. The cabin has central AC/heater and sits on predominately flat land (rare up here) with a fenced-in outdoor playground which makes it a great space for kids to enjoy! * We currently only accept bookings from guests with prior Airbnb reviews.* Power outages are common up here—our cabin is equipped with a whole house generator that turns on automatically. That means no unexpected disruptions to your comfort. While others may be left in the dark (literally), you’ll stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and fully powered at all times. The deck offers a propane BBQ grill (with grilling utensils) and complimentary propane, as well as a propane firepit under hanging lights. It's a great space to relax, make s’mores (we have s’mores sticks) and take in the crisp mountain air. The cabin is nestled away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect cabin to disconnect and unwind in! (Please note: charcoal BBQ grills are not allowed) The patio has a peaceful sitting area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. We have a Keurig with complimentary K-cups and powder creamer/sugar. There is also an electric tea kettle with complimentary tea. For those with a competitive edge, enjoy the downstairs game room! It's equipped with a basketball arcade, air hockey table and foosball table. The game room also has a large TV and board games such as Monopoly, Jenga, and Uno. Enjoy the pool table in the upstairs Loft with a sitting area for those who want to sit and chat while others play. For young children we offer a pack ‘n play, high chair, toddler dinnerware/utensils, as well as toddler books & toys. All included with your stay. Please supervise young children at all times. There are no baby gates present on the stairs. To make your stay more comfortable we also provide the following: complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash, iron, blow dryer, washer/dryer with laundry detergent, baking sheets, cupcake pans, cake pans, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, pans/pots, cooking utensils, knife block, cooking oil, salt & pepper, electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker/k-cups, ice maker, first-aid kit, emergency flashlights, fan & portable heater. There are plenty of areas to hike or ride your bike around. The cabin is a 10 minute drive to the lake and the Lake Arrowhead Village. Please note that bear sightings are common in Lake Arrowhead so bringing your own bear spray is recommended when going hiking/walking. Please take caution when going outside at night, as bear sightings are most common from dusk to dawn. We offer a desk and office chair located in the loft with reliable and fast WiFi. Spectrum wifi: Download speed Mbps-400, Upload speed Mbps-21.4. **QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED** – Per county ordinance, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any violation—particularly noise or disruptive behavior that results in a neighbor contacting the Sheriff’s Department—will result in a $1,500 county fine, which the guest will be fully responsible for. Additionally, any such violation will lead to immediate eviction from the property without refund. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced without exception to ensure respect for our community and compliance with local laws. Sorry, no pets allowed.
