Situated on the hillsides of Toulouse, in the middle of sunflower fields, you'll enjoy enchanting peace and quiet and uninterrupted views as far as the Pyrenees. The space With a floor area of 285 m², the house can accommodate up to 11 people and comprises a pretty 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 3,000 m². The accommodation is arranged as follows: Ground floor: - A 36 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, large dining table, fireplace... - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A first bedroom with twin beds forming a king-size bed (180×200) and a small washbasin - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private washbasin area - A third bedroom with a single bed (90x200) - A shower room with walk-in shower and WC - A bathroom with bath and WC - A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, clotheshorse, iron...
