Use🚿 warm water • Hot water capacity can meet about 5 people continuous showers. • If you have a large number of people, please make reasonable arrangements for bathing time to avoid continuous use for a long time to ensure that subsequent guests also have hot water. 5. Quiet🤫 neighborhood • This is a residential area, no gatherings. • Quiet hours from 22:00 pm to 07:00 am. 6. 🧼 Avoid extra cleaning fees • Do not use towels to remove makeup from leaving stain which is difficult to wash. • Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds, such as causing serious stains or odors, will be charged for cleaning or damage based on actual conditions. • Please wash and put away dishes after use, extra cleaning fee will be charged if not washed. 7. ⏰ Checkout instructions • Check out time is 11:00 am, and the cleaning staff will start working on time. • Late check out will be charged AUD60 per hour (need to confirm in advance if late is possible). 🔌 EV Charging Electricity is only included for daily use. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, be sure to communicate with the Host in advance and get approval. An additional electricity fee will be charged for charging.
