It comes complete secure parking for one car and it’s own seated decking area with hot tub. The self contained apartment comprises of a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom with electric double bed. The space With your stay you are getting: Access to the hot tub, limited to 3 hours per nights stay Complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks A full range of streaming TV packages (Disney+ and Netflix) Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) Parking for 1 vehicle ( not higher than 2.3m, no longer than 5.5 m) Strictly 10am check-out. Failure to vacate the property on time constitutes a breach of the House Rules and may result in additional charges. Late departures after 10 am occur penalties -£100 up to 30 mins, £250- over 30 minutes. Guest access Small annex is located on a private driveway equipped with an electric gate, which allows you to park your car safely.
